Fountain Pens & Rollerballs

Fountain pens and Rollerballs ranging from the 'slim' Baron and Sedonas suitable for a smaller hand, to the much larger Gentleman's Fountain which as the name suggests is more suited to a larger hand. The Classic style is made to same high specification as the larger Gentleman but is more suited to a smaller hand. The Rollerballs are ideal for those who prefer to write in ink but prefer the convenience of a Rollerball.

I have now included Rollerballs with the Fountain Pens as they write like a Fountain Pen but are suited to those who like to write in ink but prefer the convenience of a Rollerball. The Rollerballs are either Platinum or Gold plated.

NEW: Introducing the Smaller Classic Gentleman's Fountain pen and Rollerball. These have the same high specification as the Gentleman's Pens but are half the size and will therefore be ideal for those who prefer a smaller pen but still like the styling of the Gentleman's pen.

Gentleman's Rhodium and 22 Gold Detailed Fountain Pen in Elm Burr

Elm Burr (Ulmus procera). This rare wood is taken from a growth seen on the outside of the tree where branches have not formed properly. As a result the grain forms in swirls and curls. All wood has been stabilised before being turned into pens.

The classic design and superb balance of the Gentleman's Pen makes this pen a favourite among those who prefer larger heftier desk pens. This pen has 22k gold and cobalt accents on a brilliant Rhodium finish. (Rhodium a member of the platinum group of metals. Rhodium's brilliance hardness and beauty has made it a favourite of fine pen makers and collectors throughout the world) The fountain pen features a top-quality German-made two-tone nib with iridium point to give free-flowing effortless writing. The thread found on the Gentleman's pen guarantees silky smooth operation and requires only 1-1/2 turns to attach or remove the pen cap. In the tradition of fine desk pens the Gentleman's Pen is not designed for use with the cap attached. This ensures that you will enjoy the effortless writing and superb balance of the Gentleman's pen every time you use it. Just be sure to leave the pen cap in plain sight where others can see what they're missing!

Gentleman's Rhodium and 22 Gold Detailed Fountain Pen in English Walnut

English Walnut (Juglans regia) .

In Skopelos a Greek island in the Aegean Sea local legend suggests that whoever plants a walnut tree will die as soon as the tree can 'see' the sea. This has not been proven as fact but it might take some time to find a local arborist willing to plant a walnut tree.

Gentleman's Rhodium and 22 Gold Detailed Fountain Pen in Ripple Sycamore

Ripple Sycamore (Acer pseudoplatanus) .A European tree introduced to Britain in the Middle Ages. The ripples form in the sapwood when the tree is subjected to environment stress such as strong winds rocking the branches. It was under a sycamore that the Tolpuddle Martyrs met in 1834.
